1. Your order will be a standard ship.  Your shoes will ship directly to the address that you have provided.  Please realize that APO/FPO addresses may take longer than a normal shipment.

2. All Shipping is standard, however; if you would like to expedite your shipping, the added rates will appear on the final order page of your shopping cart.

3.  Return Shipping Charges- There are no return shipping charges......

your therapeutic shoe purchase.

RETURNS:

A. There will be a UPS return shipping sticker attached with your order.  Repack the shoes into the original shipping box and place the return sticker over the top of the original shipping address sticker. Please include a copy of your sales receipt in this return shipment.

B. You will receive a full refund within 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive the returned shoes.

NOTE: Returns are only valid within 30 days of the online purchase.  All returns after 30 days will be credited with an online store credit for the amount of the purchase made.
